General Reset ❑ Remove trash from all bins (customer area, bar, restrooms); replace liners. ❑ Wipe down and sanitize all tables, high tops, bar counters, and stools. ❑ Fluff and reposition couch cushions. ❑ Wipe couch arms and legs with a mild cleaner. ❑ Spot clean green wall area (no harsh chemicals). ❑ Wipe brick wall gently with dry cloth or feather duster to remove dust (weekly). ❑ Sweep and mop all floors using appropriate floor cleaner for your finish. 2. Windows & Glass ❑ Clean interior of all floor-to-ceiling windows with streak-free glass cleaner. ❑ Spot clean any handprints or smudges on door handles and entry glass. 3. Restroom(s) ❑ Sanitize toilet, sink, and high-touch areas (light switches, door handles). ❑ Refill soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed. ❑ Take out trash and sanitize can lids.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
