Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for every guest. Before each booking, all high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, and equipment, are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed. We allow buffer time between bookings to reset the space and ensure it’s fresh and ready for the next guest. Hand sanitizer is available on-site, and additional cleaning supplies can be provided upon request. We ask all guests to leave the space in the condition they found it and to bag and dispose of their trash before departing.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
