Cleaning & Reset Process Between every booking Surfaces disinfected: Tables, chair backs/arms, door handles, light switches, A/V remotes. Floors cleaned: Swept and spot-mopped as needed. Restrooms serviced: Toilets, sinks, and fixtures sanitized; soap, paper, and liners restocked. Kitchenette refreshed: Countertops wiped; sink sanitized; fridge checked and cleared of event leftovers. Trash handled: Landfill, recycling, and compost removed and relined (clearly labeled bins on site). Air refresh: Windows opened when possible; portable air purifier run during turnover. Time buffer We schedule a 30–60 minute buffer before/after bookings for cleaning and inspection so the space is ready at start time. Supplies & products EPA-registered disinfectants for high-touch areas. On-site sanitizer, wipes, paper towels, broom, and mop available for light touch-ups during your booking. Guest Responsibilities (Leave-No-Trace) Reset furniture to the original layout (photo provided at check-in). Gather and bag all trash/recycling/compost and place in the labeled bins. Wipe obvious spills and food/drink messes during your event. No adhesives that damage paint (painter’s tape only). Glitter/confetti not permitted. Fabrication / Maker Add-Ons (If booked) Host supervises tool cleanup (laser/3D/electronics). Approved materials only; scrap and offcuts go to the proper waste streams. Fume extraction and surfaces around machines are cleaned post-use. Additional time may be added to ensure safe cleanup. Fees & Extras Standard cleaning fee: covers normal post-event turnover. Excess cleaning/damage (e.g., glitter, paint on surfaces, heavy spills) is billed at cost. For food/beverage service or larger groups, we may require an elevated cleaning fee to ensure a fast reset for the next guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
