Cleaning Process at VybeHouse We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for every guest. • Thorough Cleanings Between Bookings: After each reservation, our team deep-cleans all common areas, high-touch surfaces, and themed rooms using disinfectant and eco-friendly cleaning products. • Sanitized Props & Equipment: All furniture, props, and reusable set pieces are wiped down and reset before your arrival. • Fresh Linens & Restocked Amenities: If your booking includes use of beds, lounge areas, or restrooms, you can expect fresh linens, stocked supplies, and clean towels (if requested). • Trash Disposal: Trash and recyclables are removed after each session. Guests are expected to collect any personal trash into provided bins before leaving. • Extra Cleanings for Large Events: For high-traffic bookings or multi-room activations, we schedule additional pre- and post-event cleaning to maintain the space’s integrity. We strive to make every guest experience as polished as the last — so you can focus on creating, connecting, and vibing without worry.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
