A professional sound system and stage projector are available for use, and the space benefits from abundant natural light during the day and ambient, customizable lighting in the evening. With a capacity of up to 300 guests, this second-floor venue is accessible by elevator and stairs, offering a unique blend of historic architecture and modern functionality. The open floor plan allows for easy adaptation for performances, workshops, pop-ups, or receptions.

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests. The space is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and shared equipment are sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectants. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed promptly after events. Hand sanitizer is available on-site. We ask that guests return the space to its original condition and dispose of waste in the provided bins. Additional cleaning support is available upon request for an added fee.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
