We will remove any electronics such as desktop computers etc prior to photo shoots happening so spaces will appear as. Lean desks! There is a detached garage that also has a third bedroom that is uses as a sewing studio equipped with a work table and sewing machine, cute couch and fun colorful decor make this a really inviting space and has been great for photo shoots! . Machines can stay or be removed upon request The Living room has a couch, a dining table, and is furnished again with lots of color and tons of unique art. The kitchen is impeccably lit with pops of color and niche collectibles. A large backyard space is open to rentals. Fully furnished with eclectic outdoor furniture. As well as a little side yard seating area. This home offers nothing but opportunity for productions looking for fun happy homes

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
