Charming Cafe & Bakery Space for Small Events This adorable cafe and bakery space is perfect for medium-sized gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, book clubs, pop-ups, workshops, and small classes. The space features a cozy main entry and dining area with a centerpiece fireplace, chic florals, and a stylish black-and-white decor accented with gold touches for an elegant yet welcoming vibe. A large counter/bar area is available for setting up food and drinks, and the space can comfortably accommodate 15–25 guests. Tables and chairs are provided and can be arranged to suit your event needs. Additional amenities include: A kitchen with a microwave, oven, and ice machine (note: no stove) One restroom A flexible, intimate layout perfect for creative events We also offer dessert packages and custom cakes to make your event extra sweet and memorable. Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Policy For Guests: Please leave the space in the condition you found it. Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Clean any spills or messes promptly to avoid stains or damage. Return tables, chairs, and any furniture to their original positions. Kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, ice machine) should be wiped down after use. Do not leave food or beverages unattended or inside the kitchen area after your event. Any decorations must be fully removed, and no tape or adhesive should be left on walls or surfaces. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees deducted from your security deposit. For Our Team: We will conduct a thorough cleaning and sanitation of the space before and after each event. Trash and recycling will be emptied and disposed of properly. Kitchen appliances and counters will be cleaned and sanitized. Floors will be swept and mopped as needed. Restrooms will be cleaned and stocked. Any damages or excessive mess will be documented and reported.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
