Here’s what you can expect before your booking: • Thorough Cleaning Before Every Event: All surfaces, high-touch areas (like door handles, light switches, and counters), bathrooms, and floors are cleaned and sanitized before each booking. • Trash and Waste Removal: All trash and recycling bins are emptied and sanitized, and fresh liners are provided for your use during the event. • Restocked Essentials: We ensure restrooms are stocked with soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand sanitizer. • Outdoor Areas Maintained: The backyard and driveway are swept and checked for safety and cleanliness prior to each booking. After your event, we ask guests to tidy up and remove any personal belongings or event-related trash unless a post-event cleanup service has been arranged. We strive to make sure the space is clean, welcoming, and ready to enjoy for every celebration or workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
