Modern backyard space available for small gathering such as: gender reveals, photo shoots, children’s party, baby showers, proposals, Family reunions, small barbecues, small event launches, small intimate dinners, and small social gatherings. Max capacity 50-60 people. Backyard Space features a bar equipped with a mini fridge, freezer, outdoor television , deck with additional seating/glass railing, and cabana area. **There is an additional room available on site for rental( at an additional cost). Room feature a Chandelier, mood lighting, white walls and flooring. Room fits comfortably 10 people seated in a dinner setting. Room can also be used for photoshoot. Room can be used in combination with the outdoor space for additional seating. Must be mentioned at booking for access. Space is equipped with WiFi ( included in booking). Available upon request: Bounce house, globe bounce house, high tables, bartender services, outdoor heaters, outdoor tent, and party decoration, outdoor gas/charcoal grill.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
