At Gateway Conference Center, we prioritize a clean, safe, and professional environment for every guest. Our venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking in accordance with industry standards. ✅ What’s Included: Full pre-event cleaning of all booked spaces (floors, surfaces, bathrooms) Post-event general cleaning of floors, trash removal, and restrooms Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the venue Restroom supplies fully stocked and maintained during your rental 🔁 Guest Responsibilities: To help us maintain a high standard of service, we ask guests to: Remove all personal belongings and event materials at the end of the rental Place all trash in provided bins Leave furniture in original setup unless otherwise arranged 💡 Need help with teardown or heavy cleanup? Add post-event cleanup assistance to your booking for a worry-free wrap-up.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
