With over 20 fully customizable sets available for audio and video content, this versatile hub offers endless possibilities for podcasts, interviews, music videos, livestreams, photo shoots, product launches, and more. Creators have the flexibility to shoot with live guests or in a private setting and can choose from a variety of stylish furniture options or bring their own to match their brand’s aesthetic. The space is equipped with state-of-the-art Blackmagic Design video cameras and professional-grade sound equipment, available for use, or you’re welcome to bring your own gear. Unique to the Content Center is the opportunity to sell your products during your shoot and promote your content to a live, in-person audience, adding a powerful layer of engagement and monetization. The Content Center is professionally cleaned and disinfected every day to maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all guests and creators. Our staff follows a strict cleaning schedule that includes wiping down all high-touch surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and thoroughly cleaning all common areas, sets, restrooms, and entry points. In addition to daily cleaning, the facility is carefully disinfected between each booking to ensure that every guest enters a fresh and sanitized space. We use industry-standard cleaning products and disinfectants that are effective against bacteria and viruses, and we take pride in providing a clean and professional environment for all productions.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
