This stylish OPEN CONCEPT HOME has been completely REMODELED featuring LARGE KITCHEN ISLAND with seating for 8, nearby dining room table for 6, and spacious living room with large couch, fireplace, and TV. Outdoor patio table has seating for 8, and a bar with 4 stools (room for 8).
Step outside through modern FOLDING GLASS DOORS creating seamless INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING. Discover expansive remodeled wrap around yard-- LARGE POOL & JACUZZI, a BBQ for al fresco delights, and OUTDOOR DINING AREA for large groups. Enjoy SUNSET VIEWS and unwind around the FIRE PIT and 2 large in-ground trampolines! We do ask that outdoor quiet time of 9 PM is strictly adhered to. No personal speakers, DJ or live music is permitted. Indoor Sonos sound system with subwoofer, and speakers throughout the downstairs deliver great sound via airplay.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
