Cleaning & Care Policy We take great pride in maintaining this space to a five-star standard for every guest. Before each booking, our professional cleaning team: Sanitizes all high-touch surfaces, handles, and switches Freshly launders all linens and towels using premium detergent Deep cleans the kitchen, bathrooms, and hot tub (if included in your booking) Vacuums and mops all floors, including under furniture Ensures every detail — from polished glassware to fluffed pillows — is perfect for your arrival Guest Responsibilities: Please return the space to the condition you found it in. Remove all trash and recycling to the designated bins. Wipe up any spills immediately to avoid staining. If furniture or décor is moved, return it to its original position. For events or gatherings, ensure food and drink are cleared promptly to prevent pests or damage. Failure to follow the cleaning policy may result in additional cleaning fees. This ensures the space remains pristine for every guest and event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
