Welcome to this luxurious beach home in the most prime area of Manhattan Beach. Steps from multiple restaurants, boutiques, yoga studios and a grocery store - everything you need within walking distance! This home is 2,550 sqft and thoughtfully decorated with custom woodwork, grasscloth wallpaper and upscale furnishings. This location is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen and AC and heat on every floor and a 3-stop elevator, fast wifi and a 2-car garage with an electric vehicle charger. There are four bedrooms; a primary room with a California King bed, attached private bathroom and patio with an infrared sauna. The second bedroom has a full sized bed with attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom which leads to the third room with a Queen bed and a private balcony with a swing chair. The fourth bedroom can be used as an office or a bedroom as it features a Queen Murphy bed. The top level features a light-filled family room, dining room, kitchen and patio with a glistening ocean view. The bottom office features a seamless paper backdrop stand for studio shoots, if needed. *** No pets allowed

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
