We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained space for every booking. Before each event, the venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including: • Sweeping and mopping all floors • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces, tables, and chairs • Cleaning and restocking restrooms • Emptying all trash receptacles and replacing liners For events with food and beverage service, we ensure that prep and serving areas are spotless before your arrival. At the end of your booking, guests are responsible for basic tidying, including removing personal items, placing trash in designated bins, and ensuring all vendors have collected their belongings. A post-event cleaning will then be completed by our staff.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
