This versatile studio is perfect for photo and video shoots, podcasts, pop-ups, workshops, and content creation. With black ceilings, bold artwork, neon accents, and vibrant graffiti touches, the space has an edgy, creative vibe that looks amazing on camera. The open layout includes a front check-in and display area, a main lounge with couches and mirrors, private creative rooms with professional chairs and lighting, plus a stylish restroom. Two rooms are available for full transformation into set designs—renters may customize, build, or even nail into the walls, as long as the concept is approved by the owner (a small repair fee may apply if walls or fixtures need restoration). Flexible and spacious, every area can be rearranged to fit your vision. Note: Tattooing must be approved by the studio, and tattoo photo shoots are prohibited.

We take pride in keeping our studio extremely clean and well-maintained. Since the space operates as a tattoo shop, it is held to strict health department regulations that we are required to uphold at all times. This means every area is regularly sanitized, surfaces are disinfected, and the studio is kept spotless to meet professional safety standards. These measures go above and beyond typical rental spaces, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
