We follow a thorough cleaning routine to ensure the training room is always fresh and ready for use: Daily Cleaning – The room is cleaned and tidied before and after each session, including vacuuming and surface wiping. Disinfection – High-touch areas such as door handles, desks, chairs, and equipment are disinfected regularly. Ventilation – We ensure the room is well-ventilated before and during use. Furniture Reset – Tables and chairs are arranged neatly to maintain a professional and welcoming setup. Waste Disposal – Bins are emptied and sanitised daily. We kindly ask guests to help us maintain this standard by leaving the space tidy after use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
