Located in a historic building in the heart DTLA, our space features original hardwood floors and tin-tile ceilings. Built-in bench seating runs along one wall, providing a natural hub for group conversation, classes, or downtime between takes. The entry area is anchored by a midcentury modern desk, Modernica seating, and warm wood tones, offering a cozy-yet-elevated backdrop. Movable furniture allows for reconfiguration to suit your project. It also features a frosted glass elevator shaft that offers diffused natural light and a striking centerpiece. The spacious main studio is designed to feel both functional and inspiring. At the center of the room stands a striking custom frame, offering endless versatility for creative projects, movement practices, or unique staging needs. The kitchenette features a sink and medium-sized refrigerator with a freezer. We also have two water dispensers - one featuring sparkling water - and provide coffee and tea service. Bathrooms are secured with a passcode and located immediately to the right outside of the studio. They are shared with the entire floor. Bathrooms can be used as changing areas, but we encourage storing all personal effects within the studio.
