🧼 Enhanced & Safety Cleaning Process To ensure your safety and comfort during your stay, we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol throughout the flex space: • Bathroom → Thoroughly sanitized including countertops, toilet, shower, and high-touch surfaces. • Living Room & Couch → Cushions, surfaces, and high-touch areas cleaned and disinfected between stays. • Bar Area → Counters, stools, and any drinkware cleaned and sanitized. • Kitchenette → Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine, and countertops disinfected and sanitized. We prioritize a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests, so you can fully enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
