🧼 Cleaning Protocol & Health Measures Your safety and comfort are important to us. While we're a private space with limited resources, we take basic health and cleanliness seriously. The space is cleaned and tidied before each booking. High-touch surfaces like door handles, tabletops, and poolside furniture are wiped down with disinfectant between guests. Outdoor furniture is regularly sanitized. We use mild, safe cleaning products on seating areas and tables to maintain cleanliness. Hand sanitizer is available for guest use in the indoor lounge area. Trash and waste bins are provided. We kindly ask guests to dispose of all trash at the end of their booking to help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone. Private and low-traffic location. As a private backyard space, you won't be sharing the area with other groups or the general public during your rental. Guests are encouraged to monitor their health. If anyone in your group feels unwell, please consider rescheduling out of respect for others using the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
