About CityGate Studios
We have a Podcast Studio that is located in our studio unit. The Space is roughly 260 square feet and comes furnished with a living room scene, bookshelf and table scene, and has backdrop walls to add texture. We have professional lighting, cinematic multi-cam capabilities, and professional audio capture on site. Your rental will come with access to private amenities such as changing rooms and wardrobe storage, and you will have access to our stocked kitchenette.

We routinely cleanse the space with disinfectant spray and waipe down surfaces. Bathrooms are cleaned routinely. Professional cleaning crews are available upon request and after booking party has paid the cleaning fee that associated with the request.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
