Preparation and Inspection: Our cleaning team begins by conducting a thorough inspection of the entire property. They identify any areas that may require special attention or maintenance. Ventilation and Airing: To ensure a fresh atmosphere, we open windows and doors to allow for natural ventilation. Dusting and Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including countertops, furniture, and decorative items, are meticulously dusted and cleaned. Floor Care: Floors are swept and mopped, with particular attention given to high-traffic areas. Kitchen Sanitization: Kitchen appliances, countertops, and utensils are sanitized to the highest standards. Refrigerators are checked for any leftover items from previous guests. Bathrooms: Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, including sanitization of fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces. Towels and toiletries are replaced with fresh ones. Bedding and Linens: All bedding, including sheets and pillowcases, is changed with clean, freshly laundered linens. Mattress and pillow protectors are checked and replaced if necessary. Restocking Supplies: We ensure that essential amenities, such as toiletries and cleaning supplies, are fully stocked. Final Inspection: A final walk-through is conducted to guarantee that every detail meets our high cleanliness standards.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
