Full outdoor entertaining space nestled in large Douglas Fir trees but only 15 minutes from downtown Victoria

Our outdoor cooking and entertaining space includes a large bluestone patio with 2 covered pergolas and a self contained smoke house. Couch, chairs, coffee table, outdoor fireplace, and ceiling mounted heaters are under one pergola and a full outdoor kitchen (grill, sink, cocktail prep area, double burner, warming drawer, trash, paper towel dispenser, and fridge) containing top of the line Lynx appliances sits under the second. Grill has three zones (with searing zone) and rotisserie. Bar seating for 4 is available facing the kitchen. Our smoke house is very unique and contains an authentic wood fired offset smoker from the Southern States. large enough to smoke pork, brisket, chicken all at the same time. Low and slow is the name of the game and maple hardwood available onsite. Charcoal can be used to speed up the cooking process if needed! Next to the bar is a picnic table that seats 6 comfortably but has been known to squeeze 8 people. Additional table to allow for 10 people to sit together is available.
