About WesTL Studios
Welcome to WesTL Studios — the perfect intimate venue for private events, intimate celebrations, seminars, workshops, and networking events. The space accommodates up to 35 guests in a beautifully designed 1600 sqft warehouse studio with versatile walls and curated decor. Our minimum rental is 4 hours, plus a $100 cleaning fee. Guests are still responsible for cleanup (including discarding trash in the outside dumpster) and leaving the space as they found it. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
