About Beach Scene Rentals
This space is great for small training sessions or team bonding. It is perfect for small birthday celebrations. This is a vacation rental home so the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to host. There is a dining table with seating for 8 which is open and next to a large living room area and big screen tv to make any presentations for training etc. There is a smaller private patio with a gas grill(gas not included) and a hot tub in case you want to host a BBQ or happy hour for clients or employees. There is also a large yard that could be utilized to rent a large tent for a company luncheon.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
