Enhanced Health & Safety Measures The space is cleaned and sanitized before and after every event. High-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, restrooms) are disinfected regularly throughout service. Hand sanitizer is provided on-site for guest use. Staff are trained in safe food handling and sanitation protocols. Ventilation and airflow are maintained to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. Guests who feel unwell are asked to reschedule their booking in consideration of others. Your safety and comfort are our top priority so you can enjoy your event with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
