This home has numerous living and bedroom spaces for filming conversations, interviews or everyday life scenes for families. The rooms are spacious enough for a small crew and actors to move comfortably. A unique feature is the living and bedroom spaces flow into each other, making it easier to get longer shots. The first floor features two connected living room spaces, a modernized kitchen with vintage accents like exposed brick, and a light-soaked dining room. Upstairs, the 2nd and 3rd floors have the same layout, each with an over-sized room with a queen bed plus a twin-trundle and ample floor space, then through these large rooms there is a cozy bedroom with a king or queen bed. Historic windows, original artwork, books and antique items create a classic and easily customized vibe. There are two full and one half bath in the house as well. Finally, the house is on a corner, and has a double lot for a side yard, separating the house from the nearest neighbor. This yard is mostly a grassy area with a wood fence surrounding it. It's not heavily manicured or landscaped at this time, but works well for close up shots outdoors. There are a few shade trees and some sunny areas. The background will show 2-3 story brick homes for an urban look.
