Living & Sleeping Areas • Furniture: Wipe down tables, chairs, dressers, and disinfect surfaces. • Upholstery: Vacuum sofas, chairs, cushions (steam clean if stained). • Beds: Replace linens with freshly laundered ones. Disinfect headboard and bed frame. • Floors: Vacuum carpets/rugs (spot clean if needed). Mop hard floors with disinfectant solution. ⸻ 5. Kitchen • Appliances: • Clean and disinfect exterior & interior of fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher. • Wipe stovetop and degrease burners. • Empty toaster crumb trays, sanitize coffee maker/kettle. • Cabinets & Surfaces: • Disinfect counters, handles, shelves. • Check for expired food, wipe inside cabinets if needed. • Sink & Fixtures: • Scrub sink and faucet with disinfectant. • Run garbage disposal with hot water and baking soda. • Floors: Sweep and mop with degreaser/disinfectant mix. ⸻ 6. Bathrooms • Toilet: Scrub inside with disinfectant toilet cleaner; wipe seat, lid, flush handle, and base. • Shower/Tub: Remove soap scum and mold with bathroom cleaner; disinfect fixtures. • Sink & Counter: Clean and disinfect basin, faucet, handles, and vanity. • Mirrors: Streak-free glass cleaner. • Floors: Disinfect mop. Pay attention to corners and baseboards. • Replace with fresh towels, bath mats, and toiletries if provided.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
