It is not a short-term rental in the traditional sense. Use of this home is offered to temporary members of the LLC under a standard operating agreement. Prior to check-in, each guest must be assigned a temporary membership to access the property. This approach ensures shared maintenance and legal compliance with local and state guidelines. A maximum of 31 traditional rental agreements are allowed annually outside the LLC structure. Please inquire if you have any questions about the agreement or how to proceed with your reservation.
