Our space has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area which opens directly into a spacious patio through large sliding doors. The house is designed in a contemporary style with lots of light and neutral tones with pops of brighter colours the space is inspired by Africa with African art throughout the house. The east-facing extension gets lots of light, particularly in the morning and afternoon whilst the west facing living room gets soft beautiful light in the late afternoon. The house has high ceilings with a large skylight in the extension. The property is very accessible, a short walk from Catford and Catford Bridge stations and it has a private driveway. The House is on a small cul-de-sac which means the road is very quiet, perfect for filming. We also have no houses behind us meaning we have great, unobstructed views from the kitchen/dining area and from the loft bedrooms which also benefit from lots of light.
