To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, & comfortable stay, our property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning after each booking. This process is performed by trained cleaners following industry-standard protocols. Step-by-Step Cleaning Process: Initial Inspection The cleaning team checks the property for any damage, lost items, or unusual conditions left by the previous guest. Photos may be taken for documentation, especially if there are issues that require attention. Dusting & Surface Cleaning All surfaces are dusted & wiped down, including furniture, shelves, window sills, & light fixtures. High-touch areas such as doorknobs, remote controls, light switches, & handles are disinfected. Kitchen Cleaning All countertops, appliances, & sinks are cleaned & sanitized. Used dishes are cleaned or run through the dishwasher. The fridge & pantry are checked & emptied of any perishable items. Bathroom Sanitization Toilets & sinks are scrubbed & disinfected. Mirrors & glass surfaces are cleaned. Restocking of essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, & toiletries. Floor Cleaning Hard floors are swept & mopped. Carpets & rugs are vacuumed thoroughly. Special attention is given to corners & under furniture. Trash Removal All trash bins are emptied & liners replaced. Trash & recycling are taken to the appropriate disposal areas. Final Touches & Staging The space is inspected for cleanliness & presentation. Items are restaged (pillows fluffed, towels folded, etc.). Quality Control Check (Optional) In some cases, a supervisor or host may perform a final walk-through to ensure standards are met.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
