About the Space
Our space is a renovated top floor warehouse apartment/ loft. It’s spacious, light filled with high ceilings and conveniently located in East London, making it the perfect space for a range of filming, photography shoots and small events. Main open plan space includes living/dining/kitchen area with large windows letting in an abundance of natural light and looking out over our communal roof terrace which is accessible via building hallway. Windows also have heavy semi blackout curtains. The apartment has a separate bathroom and two bedrooms.

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for cleaning between bookings. Local cleaner is hired between bookings. Large windows out to terrace allows for additional air flow. Cleaning products supplied.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
