About RERA Studio
RERA Studio is a spacious 800+ SQFT photography studio located on the second floor in Mission Viejo, California, filled with natural light from multiple large windows throughout the day, complemented by elegant honey-brown laminate flooring. With its creamy white, minimal aesthetic, the studio is perfect for maternity, newborn, family sessions, portraits, and more, and is ideal for creating home-style, lifestyle-inspired images. The studio features a king-size posing bed, cozy electric fireplace, mirorrs and designated hair and makeup area, and optional bathtub and jacuzzi access enhanced by natural light. Guests may add jacuzzi and bathtub use for a $20 fee. To make sessions relaxed and stress-free, RERA Studio also includes a crib, changing table, toys for infants and toddlers, and a dedicated changing closet. The studio offers free street parking. During your session, enjoy complimentary water, coffee, soft drinks, and access to a mini fridge. A private restroom is also available for your comfort. To ensure a safe and secure environment, the studio is equipped with security cameras. One camera is installed in the main space above the window. The private changing area and closet are not monitored, ensuring complete guest privacy

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
