About the Space
Located in the Annapolis, our clubroom offers the ideal space for team events and meetings. Versatile enough to host groups up to 25 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 15, including chairs/ tables and couch seating - Kitchenette equipped with wet bar, microwave, & mini fridge - Wi-Fi - Fireplace - TV (No HDMI port, wireless screen casting only) *Guests can utilize the exterior rooftop, but it's not exclusive access. Residents of the building may also be using the exterior space. *There is no parking on-site. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/drinks. Alcohol is not permitted. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
