Cleaning Process We take pride in keeping Fremont Photo Co. clean, safe, and ready for every booking. • Before each booking: All common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected and wiped down. Furniture and props are reset so the space looks fresh and photo-ready. • After each booking: Our team checks the entire space, sanitizes bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, and ensures immersive installations (like the conversation pit and library room) are clean and reset. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it and clean up any food, drinks, or personal items. For larger productions and events, a cleaning fee may be applied to ensure the space is reset properly for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
