About the Space
This little house was built in 2018 with a little more room than your typical tiny house, and it's a bit more modern than the historic 'shotgun shacks' around Ybor. The house is centrally located in historic Ybor City, Tampa -- three blocks from the main drag of 7th avenue, and less than five minutes from the cruise terminal, Amalie Arena, Tampa convention center, and downtown. It's perfect for photo and video shoots, wedding preparations, and smaller events. We have a cute little outdoor patio as well for enjoying the Florida sunshine!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
