✨ Before Guest Arrival: Wipe & Sanitize Surfaces – All counters, tables, salon chairs, and sinks are disinfected. Mirror & Glass Cleaning – Mirrors are polished to remove fingerprints and streaks. Floors Vacuumed & Mopped – Ensures a fresh, clean appearance for every booking. Trash Removed – Empty bins are relined for your use. Restock Essentials – Paper towels, soap, and other amenities are replenished. Final Walkthrough – Receptionist or staff member ensures everything is in place. ✨ After Guest Departure: Surface Wipe-Down – Disinfect all surfaces touched during the booking. Chair & Sink Sanitation – Clean and sanitize salon chairs, wash bowls, and handles. Mirror & Fixture Touch-Up – Remove any smudges or water spots. Sweep & Mop Floors – Remove hair, makeup residue, or spills. Laundry Service – Used towels/capes are washed and sanitized. Trash Disposal – Bagged and removed from the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
