About In The Acres
This space can accommodate 100 guests in our beautiful grass landscape with covered patio, or you can use the desert lot up to 300 guests. This space can be used for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, photo shoots, anything you can think of! We have electricity for jumpers and/or DJs. Come experience the great desert outdoors with beautiful sunsets and Tehachapi Mountain views. Exterior use of property only. No use of house. No restrooms onsite. We have outside vendors you can use for restrooms if needed.

All events are outdoors. Common touched spots are disinfected in-between each event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
