Light-filled, modern bohemian creative space works incredibly well for: - photography shoots - video content filming - pop-up retail and beauty events - *visiting/traveling beauty professionals (not best suited for traveling hair stylists) - professional training classes/seminars. - yoga + sound bath experiences - professional group meet-ups We are not suitable for most personal events such as: - birthday parties / baby showers - bachelorette parties (etc.) Some beauty or self-care centered personal events may be suitable. Please feel free to inquire. Amenities Include: - private, 2nd floor location - private bathroom - skylight - complimentary water station - scent diffuser + essential oils - designated reception area - entry hall signage (small) - *deluxe professional treatment table (for applicable bookings only, additional fees may apply) - towel warmer (for applicable bookings only, additional fees may apply) - floor to ceiling satin blackout curtain for privacy or decor enhancement Space is modular. Bench storage will be available for a few odds + in's, storage limited. All furniture can be arranged to fit needs of guests, but must remain in space. Furniture not desired can not be removed or left in stair well prior to event. Outside chair rentals are welcome. PLEASE NOTE: Studio is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by steps only. Your health and safety is important. Between every booking, a cleaning team is assigned to ensure: all surfaces/bathroom are thoroughly disinfected and supplies are refreshed. Additional supplies are always left for our guests in the event that you have any mishaps during your event that need immediate attention.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
