Cleaning Process: The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including all high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, and shared areas. 10 private all-gender washrooms are stocked and sanitized before every event. Professional cleaners service the venue regularly to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Hosts are expected to remove all personal items and leave the space as they found it. A post-event cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or failure to comply with cleanup guidelines.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
