✨ Cleaning & Sanitization Protocol – Cybercity Creations To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and guest safety, we perform a professional deep cleaning after every booking: ✔️ Professional Disinfection: All surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning agents to eliminate bacteria and viruses. ✔️ Equipment Sanitized: Karaoke microphones, game controllers, and shared devices are carefully sanitized and inspected between each guest. ✔️ Self-Dispersing Air Treatment: A self-dispersing aerosol bactericidal spray is used between bookings to cleanse the air and sanitize hard-to-reach areas. ✔️ Fresh & Inviting Atmosphere: A premium air freshener is diffused before every session, ensuring a clean, luxurious environment upon entry.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
