We follow a detailed cleaning checklist before and after every event to ensure the space is sanitized, refreshed, and ready for your guests to enjoy. 🧺 General Sanitization All surfaces (tables, counters, shelves, and handles) are cleaned and disinfected before each rental High-touch areas including doorknobs, light switches, and railings are wiped down with disinfectant Floors are swept and mopped throughout the venue 🧽 Kitchenette & Prep Area Counters and sink are sanitized Any used appliances are cleaned and inspected Trash is removed and bins are relined 🚻 Restrooms Toilets, sinks, and faucet handles are thoroughly disinfected Mirrors and surfaces are wiped clean Soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are restocked Trash is emptied and cans are relined 🗑 Waste Management All trash is collected and disposed of in designated bins Trash and recycling containers are checked, emptied, and relined Waste areas are sanitized as needed 🪑 Furniture & Layout Lounge and event furniture is wiped down and reset to default layout Rooftop furniture is cleaned and checked for debris Floors are vacuumed or dry mopped (weather permitting)

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
