CLIENT must remove ALL personal property, trash, food and other items that were not present in the venue when CLIENT took control of it. To be courteous to our clients and staff members, the venue must be vacant, cleaned and returned to the way it was found by 10 pm including the exterior of the premises. Cleaning includes: wiping counters, tables and chairs emptying all trash bins including restroom trash bins cleaning up any spills removing all food, beverages and service items from inside and outside of venue sweeping floors discarding trash inside of garbage receptacles. Any additional trash should be bagged and left next to the garbage receptacle (all boxes must be broken down before disposing of them) removal of all props and décor from the interior and exterior of the premises by 10 pm. CLIENT is responsible for communicating this requirement to CLIENT's vendors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
