The studio includes two designated on-site parking spaces, making loading gear or arriving with guests easy and stress-free. For safety and peace of mind, there are two security cameras on-site, one pointed toward the stairs and one in the corner of the room, used solely to ensure the space is kept secure. With clean walls, flexible floor space, and natural lighting options, the studio provides a blank canvas for your ideas to come to life. Whether you’re shooting content, hosting a small creative gathering, or working on personal projects, this space is ready to support your vision.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned and sanitized before each booking to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and furniture are disinfected regularly. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and trash from previous sessions is removed. Guests are expected to return the space to its original condition after use by disposing of all food and trash in the designated green trashcan outside and resetting any furniture or props that were moved.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
