Capacity: ~350 Sound + Lighting: included (backline available upon request) Bar: staffed, with a $4,000 - $5,000 minimum (50% deposit, refundable if met) Rates (Non Holidays & 21+ bookings): – Weekday (Thurs/Sun): $1,000/hr – Weekend (Fri/Sat): $1,000/hr – Matinee (before 7PM): $220/hr – After 2AM: $1,000/hr Add-ons: 18+ / All Ages / Filming available upon request.

The venue is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Bar, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are maintained throughout the event by staff. Promoters/hosts are responsible for removing décor, equipment, and personal items at the end of their booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess, trash, or damage is left behind.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
