1. Trash Removal – All trash must be collected and placed in the designated bins.
2. Furniture Reset – Tables and chairs must be returned to their original setup.
3. Spills & Stains – Clean any spills or stains on floors, tables, or furniture immediately.
4. Decorations – Remove all decorations, balloons, tape, and confetti before leaving.
5. Bathrooms – Ensure bathrooms are left in clean condition.
6. Food & Drinks – Empty coolers, remove leftover food, and clean up any food or drink areas.
7. Personal Belongings – Double-check and take all personal items with you.
8. Final Check – Turn off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical equipment before leaving
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
