This is a live-work unit, an open plan bedroom/kitchen/dinning/living-room/jewellery workshop. around 90sqm of open space to play around with featuring a custard yellow floor and wood panels. Perfect space for photoshoots and videoshoots. A lot of wood panneled walls, white walls and long curtains with a spacious high-ceiling feel. The unit can have both the lived-in feel or a more minimal curated space. If you tell me what you need I can arrange it beforehand. You must bring your own equipment and leave the space how you found it by your cut off time. However, I can be flexible in arranging extra time if you feel like you need it. Industrial sized lift available in the building. Parking can be arranged for the day a week ahead of booking through Hackney Council

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
