The space is versatile and works well for a variety of events such as weddings, receptions, birthday celebrations, corporate meetings, community gatherings, pop-up shops, and private parties. The open layout allows flexibility in decorating and arranging seating, making it suitable for both formal and casual events. It’s also great for entertainment-focused activities like live music, dance nights, and networking mixers. The space features a large open floor plan that can be customized for different setups—banquet-style seating for dinners, theater-style rows for presentations, or open space for dancing and mingling. A designated area for DJs, There’s also room for food and beverage stations. Parking areas and entryways make it convenient for guests, while the flow between indoor and outdoor areas (if applicable) supports flexible event planning. Our space includes modern lighting options to set the mood, sound and music equipment capability for DJs or live performances, and the ability to install décor that aligns with any theme. It offers ample parking, security camera systems for safety, onsite Ice Machine, and signage opportunities to make the venue visible and attractive to guests. The clean, adaptable design makes it easy for clients to bring their vision to life, while the central location ensures accessibility.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping the event space clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest. After each event: Thorough Sanitization – All high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms are disinfected. Floor Care – Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed to ensure the venue is spotless for the next event. Restroom Refresh – Restrooms are restocked with essentials and fully cleaned. Trash Removal – All trash and recyclables are cleared and bins are sanitized. Equipment & Furniture – Any provided tables, chairs, or rental items are cleaned and inspected for quality before being reset.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
