Our spacious 1900 sq. ft. Community Arts Center is centrally located and ideal for a wide variety of events, functions, meetings, workshops, or hourly rentals. We can accommodate between 30 and 100 people comfortably depending on the setup required. We charge 100/hr for rentals, although we are open to supporting grass roots, community groups and individuals with aligned objectives, with more accessible rates. We are open from 9:00am to 10:00pm every day, but are also open to negotiating rental rates for private events that go later on weekends. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
