About Atelier Studio & Gathering Space
Our bright, versatile studio in downtown Lynchburg is designed for both creatives and intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests. The open layout features large windows with abundant natural light, making it ideal for photography sessions, styled shoots, or video production. The space includes four large wooden farmhouse tables, two plastic tables, and 50 chairs that can be arranged for workshops, meetings, showers, or small parties. Photographers will find plenty of backdrop options, seasonal setups, and props to spark creativity. Whether you’re hosting a photoshoot, teaching a class, or gathering with friends, our studio offers a clean, rustic-modern atmosphere with flexible furnishings, fresh décor, and thoughtful amenities.

Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in keeping the studio fresh and ready for every guest. After each event booking, all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped regularly, and props are rotated and refreshed to maintain quality. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it. Please clean up personal items, return furniture to its original placement, and remove any trash at the end of your rental. This helps us keep the studio welcoming and ready for the next creative project or event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
